RESELLERS PROGRAM

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION!

The collections in this category are for people who own their own websites and want to sell these collections in their store. Nothing else in the store can be sold, only items in the Resellers Category labeled "RESELLER" can be sold. I do not do refunds on any download items!

Please read this thoroughly!

TERMS OF USE FOR THE RESELLER PROGRAM COLLECTIONS

YOU MUST:

• Resell them as individual collections.
• Sell the set on your own website that you own (whether a multi-vendor or not).
  
• You MUST add our licensed resell button on your website and let us know where it is. Must have a clickable link back to www.pjgscrapbookheaven.com and a clickable link to the original artist website. Just using text is not okay!
• When you create your resellers account you must email me (or add to comments box) your websites URL and name with other information about where you will be selling them. If your URL changes you must send me the new one.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Recolor or edit the clip art in anyway.
• You may not offer any of these products for free.
  
• You may not create derivative works from the graphics, such as web sets, auction templates, scrapbook items, rubber stamps, printables, etc. They must be sold as provided.
  
• You may not use these graphics for any type of graphics club or any type of subscription club.
  
• These graphics may not be purchased for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like. Nor may any purchaser in turn sell these graphics to anyone for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like.
• You may not ever sell any of these collections in any Reseller program and it must be made clear to your customers that they may not sell any of these collections in any Reseller Program, either as they are or modified, no exceptions allowed.
• Graphics must remain and be sold in the collection as received.
  
• You may not mix and match graphics from different collections.
  

YOU MAY:

• You may use the preview I provide or create your own as long as you give credit to the original artist and state that you are a licensed reseller of PJG Scrapbook Heaven.
• You may resell each product under your own terms of use (as long as you follow the terms of use listed here).
• You may sell these collections for retail on your own website.
• You may set your own price as long as you don't sell the collection below $1.00.
• You may sell these collections an unlimited number of times.

PURCHASING ANY RESELLERS COLLECTION ALLOWS YOU A LICENSE FOR ONE WEBSITE ONLY. IF YOU WANT ANY COLLECTION FOR MORE THAN ONE WEBSITE - YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE COLLECTION FOR EACH WEBSITE.

FOR CLIPART COLLECTIONS / GRAPHICS:

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:

1.  You may NOT offer the clipart “as is”.
2.  You may NOT colorize the clipart. 
3.  You may NOT resell this collection.
4.  You may NOT sell or give away the clipart " as is".
5.  You may NOT share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or online groups / forums. You must create something new that you intend to sell or for your own personal use. 
6.   Updated for all purchases made on or after January 21, 2010 (Sharing / Freebies):   You may NOT make printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc. and share or give them away in online groups / forums. You are allowed to give away an occasional printable, web set, scrap kit, etc only on your own website or blog.

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

1.  You may use this clipart to make new creations with them such as embroidery, candy wrappers, web sets, scrapbook kits, paper packs or element packs as long as you don’t create kits with JUST this clipart. You must create something new with the clipart by adding white borders (like stickers), textures, or adding to an element before saving as a transparent PNG.

2.  You may use this clipart to create web sets and printables.

You MUST give credit for the clipart to the original artist with a link back to their site when possible.
A link to my website, (where you are using the graphics) would be nice but not required. 

---If you can't provide a link, or prefer not to, you MUST include the following statement with your terms of use files, or on your links or artist credits page (if applies):  "Thanks to PJG Scrapbook Heaven (www.pjgscrapbookheaven.com) for the use of the artwork used to create this design."
